About the Composer
Marcey Hamm was born in Oklahoma. She's a Nuclear Engineer, Software Engineer and Electronics Engineer. She wrote software programs for robotic systems and she has built her own computerized music studio that she finished about three days before she had a severe car accident.
Her near death experience due to this automobile accident in 1985 was the catalyst that brought her to create music that heals. She explored every alternative healing possibility to heal herself.
After her healing, she went into her studio for the first time since her car accident and her near death experience. All of a sudden, she felt tired and she leaned back in her chair for a short nap. And then she had an out-of-body-experience. Some 8 hours after this experience, she returned to her body and remarked that the lights on her display panel were flashing, indicationg that something has been recorded.
She played the "music" and it was the same music she experienced while out of her body. She called this music "Inward Harmony".
For all of her other albums too, Marcey Hamm does not remember making the albums.
What she remembers is the experiences that she had in a sleep state environment and when she woke up, the album was composed. Whatever she experiences in the sleep state is how she knows the purpose of the composition.
People report sudden, almost miraculous, spontaneous feelings of well-being while listening to Marcey Hamm's CDs and tapes.

According to Marcey Hamm, Inward Harmony opens the consciousness to allow the Sound Current that is within all things to flow through the different bodies (physical, astral, causal, mental, etheric and soul).

This back and forth flow eventually moves all particles into a balance state so that the healing is actually a natural result of this Sound Current movement.

Listening to this music by Marcey Hamm needs some familiarizing.
It's a continuous floating stream of tones. Unlike other floating new age music, this recording is not boring. It's creating kind of a continuous ebb and flow atmosphere in which you flow.
After playing this recording on low for some months at night while sleeping we did not experience anything special or spectacular, aside from the fact that we did sleep quite well.
By day the recording got us nervous at times and we switched to some of her other recordings that brought more balance.

The Z Album aids you in breaking through fears and blocks. Much of this recording is in the dream state, though this does not mean that you must play this music during sleep.
Fears prevent our good. A person can have all the goals in life set out for them, but if that person has some hidden fear that they are not conscious about in regards to that goal, that goal won't be achieved until that fear is removed.
In addition, if a person normally doesn't remember their dreams, they will start remembering their dreams with the Z Album.

Well, how can we describe this recording, lasting about 61 minutes...?! Not easy. After all, how can we describe something that seems to be born out of this world?
It's softly pulsating, fluctuating computerized music, somewhat experimental but still enjoyable to listen to. There is some melody in Z but after listing for about 15 minutes or so, it made us feel tired and sleepy.
Listening by day did not deliver the energy to continue with our work (whatever we did), it just seemed as if the music sucked our energy. Was it time for a break?
Till now we did not listen to Z while sleeping (we preferred "Inward Harmony" instead), but we thought it would be interesting to know if it could do something with our dreams and plan to play it instead of "Inward Harmony" in the near future.
